Architects: Principals and Associates
Walter B. Melvin Architects, LLC includes a cohesive staff of Architects, Preservationists, Technical, and Support Personnel. We have been providing high quality architectural services since 1975 for residential, commercial and institutional projects. Our expertise is in the areas of masonry restoration, roofing, terrace systems and the structural repair of large, high-rise buildings. Many of our projects involve restoration of landmark structures.

Based on the scope of work, we assemble restoration teams with the appropriate technical knowledge and skills for each job. Various staff levels contribute to different facets of each project, with a Project Manager ensuring coordination and communication vital to its successful completion.
